SPECIFICATION OF EQUIPMENTS :

The plant consists of the following:

1. Mixer
2. Triple Roll Mill
3. Single Worm Simplex Plodder

All the above equipments are mounted on a working tabletop of stainless steel supported by mild steel framework with protective shelters. The basement accommodates all driving mechanism such as electric motors, speed reduction gear units and main transmission gears.

MIXER

The trough of the mixer is of stainless steel supported by mild steel frame. Mixing blades are also of stainless steel of special profile to ensure maximum efficiency of mixing and uniformity of all ingredients such as perfume, colour etc. The trough is covered with a stainless steel cover.

TRIPLE ROLL MILL

The machine has three horizontally arranged hardened rollers. The distance between the rollers can be adjusted so as to achieve desired thickness of soap ribbon. The rollers are provided with proper cooling arrangement. Feeding hopper, counter blade and discharge hopper are made of stainless steel.

SINGLE WORM SIMPLEX / DUPLEX PLODDER

The barrel/s of the plodder is/are made out of stainless steel. An aluminum silicone worm rotates inside the barrel/s with appropriate cooling arrangement. A stainless steel cast noodle plate with rotating shredder is provided on the top barrel (in case of duplex plodder ) and a jacketed cone is provided at the mouth of the bottom barrel for heating with thermic oil and is equipped with heater, thermometer and thermostat.
The plant is supplied with separate foot pedal operated stamping machine but does not include die set.
