CRUTCHER |
|
The crutcher
is a cylindrical vessel with conical bottom and is made of
stainless steel plate. The shaft is in the form of screw with
fixed pitch spirals housed in a stainless steel pipe having
holes at fixed distance. When the screw rotates, the soap from
the bottom is sucked in the upwards direction and is
discharged from the top creating a whirlpool effect which
gives homogeneous mixing. A mild steel jacket is provided for
steam heating. The drive comprises of an AC electric motor and
reduction gear box. |

SOAP
FILTER |
|
he main shell of
soap filter is made of 304 quality stainless steel and has a
mild steel jacket for steam heating.
Two stainless steel 304 - quality filtering screens are
provided for efficient filtering and removal of any foreign
particles from soap. These screens can easily be removed for
cleaning.
The filter is equipped with stainless steel nipple for soap
inlet and outlet. |

SOAP FEED PUMP |
|
The soap feed pump is vane
pump with minutely calculated vane profile so that the flow is
almost continuous and non-pulsing. The pump has positive
displacement and proportionate flow, very low shear and gentle
action. It also has a wide viscosity range to handle neat soap
at different temperature.
The rotor is held onto the shaft with a special spline, which
gives the pump very high overload resistance. A DC motor drives
the pump to vary and control the feed rate as required. |

VACUUM SPRAYER |
|
Vacuum sprayer is for drying
liquid soap and converting it into high grade solid soap and
consists of main cylindrical shell, conical and intermediate
shell. Four sight glasses are provided - two on the top and
two on the bottom for ease of inspection. A man - hole with
cover is provided at the bottom for maintenance. A breaker
bar is fitted to the lower portion of the rotating shaft to
avoid bridging of the dried soap in the hopper of the soap
barrel of the plodder. The drive comprises of an AC
electric motor and reduction gear box. |

SINGLE / TWIN WORM
DUPLEX PLODDER |

Pressure extrusion
plodder for extrusion of soap bar under pressure generated
by rotating single / pair of aluminum silicone worms in
barrel. The barrels are fabricated from stainless steel
plate and are jacketed extensively for passing of cold
water.
A stainless steel noodle plate with rotating shredder is
provided at the mouth of the top barrel whereas a stainless
steel cast cone is provided at the mouth of the bottom
barrel which is equipped with heater, thermostat and
temperature indicator. An inter connecting chamber connects
the two barrels. The drive comprises of an AC electric motor
and reduction gear box.
The frame is of mild steel and the plodder is guarded for
safety. |

Neat soap pump
is gear pump with cast iron body and alloy steel gears. |

HEAT EXCHANGER |
|
Our Heat exchanger is an advanced design of extremely
robust construction. The soap liquid flows through the pipes
running parallel to each other and picks up heat surrounding
the outlet surface of the pipes. The temperature of liquid
soap can be varied by increasing the steam pressure. |

VACUUM SYSTEM |

Vacuum System comprises of condensor, booster/ejector and
Vacuum Pump. |
